Skyline - Registered Nurse (RN) - On-Call/PRN

About the role

We have an amazing opportunity for an On-Call/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is a vital part in the care of our residents and a valued member of our community. The pay for this role is $55 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents' comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of the community.
• Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN Program.
• Active RN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required).
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment screenings (e.g., physical, TB test, fingerprinting per state/local guidelines).

Physical Requirements

• On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
