Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in skip tracing, debt collection, or private investigation, preferably within a law firm or financial services environment.
• Technical Background: Prior experience navigating public record databases and a strong understanding of FDCPA/FCRA guidelines is essential.
