Skip Tracing - Document Services - Representative II
Job Responsibilities
Maintain compliance standards through the review and completion of various tasks. Requires the flexibility to move between processing demographic information on the servicing systems, to physical requirements required to operate machines, trouble shooting, and routing of mail and shipments. Helps assist the team with special projects. Carries out special requests for our customers. Works closely with leadership to research and reconcile any problems that arise in the department. Participate in meetings and represent the area on committees and project teams. Serve as a mentor and resource for management and staff.
Requirements
Minimal contact customers on accounts. Maintain accounts & reports regarding the quality and compliance processes and procedures. Must reside in the United States and be a United States citizen. This process involves collecting and providing 7 years of previous work experience, previous addresses, and contact information of people that can verify this information. Must not be delinquent or in default with any federal debt. Final suitability determination is the sole discretion of the Department of Education.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2 years customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems preferred.
