Franklin Unit Nurse Manager – Skilled & Long Term Care Resident Oversight. 40 hours full time, Monday through Friday with on-call rotation required.
About the role
The nurse manager will be responsible for creating and managing an environment of care focused on the patients, defining and elevating standards for patient care, training new staff, and providing leadership for everyone on the nursing team.

Requirements
- Must possess a State of Maine Nursing license
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence
- Strong leadership aptitude or experience
- Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
