About the role

You are a recent graduate eager to start your career in IT, possibly with some hands-on experience at a service desk. You're looking for a challenging IT position with growth opportunities. As an Aerobe Service Desk Employee, you will explore what suits you best while primarily assisting service desk staff from educational institutions, ranging from primary to secondary and vocational education.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming service requests and resolve them using available knowledge and resources.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the development team while monitoring progress.
• Maintain communication with customers through our service desk system.

Requirements

• Completed education at MBO-4 or HBO level.
• Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Affinity with the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure.
