Skilled Painter / Construction Technician

What You'll Do

• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall repairs and patching
• Texture repairs and blending
• Trim installation and repair
• Mic carpentry and wood replacement
• Caulking, sanding, and surface preparation
• Jobsite setup and cleanup
• Perform final touch-ups and punch-list items
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow company processes and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential painting
• Experience with drywall repairs and finishing
• Basic carpentry and trim installation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift ladders, equipment, and materials as needed

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet painting or refinishing
• Experience operating paint sprayers
• Lead-safe work practices
• Experience working directly with homeowners
