Skilled Nursing CNA

About the role

Responsible for providing skilled nursing care to residents in a residential setting. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring resident health.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications as prescribed
• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in living areas
• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes to healthcare providers
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving residents
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certifications
