Skilled Maintenance Technician
About the role
Live! Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis, MO.
Job Responsibilities
- Electrical: Install, adjust, repair, and replace electrical conduit, wiring, switches, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and related systems.
- Appliance & Equipment Repair: Handle repair, replacement & preventive maintenance hot water tanks, dishwashers, coolers, freezers, and some cooking equipment.
- Plumbing: Perform repair, replacement, and installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing systems throughout commercial venues.
- Complete work orders and repairs efficiently and accurately, based on priority level.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with broader maintenance tasks and projects across Ballpark Village.
- Train with the potential to step into a Maintenance Supervisor role in the future.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of commercial maintenance experience, including work with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- HVAC Certification and hands-on experience highly preferred.
- Hands on light construction experience including carpentry, drywall and painting with high level results.
- Must provide own hand tools, some specialty tools may be provided.
