Skilled Laborer (Multi-Trade)

You will serve as a versatile powerhouse on our most complex project sites, applying a wide range of technical skills to ensure structural integrity and mechanical precision. This role offers the unique challenge of multi-trade engagement where no two days are the same, providing you the platform to showcase your craftsmanship in a high-impact environment. How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute specialized welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and Stick on critical structural steel and piping systems.
• Install and layout intricate piping systems while collaborating with mechanical teams to ensure system functionality.
• Construct essential carpentry elements such as framing and formwork to support diverse commercial builds.
• Perform vital mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on specialized equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment and power tools with a focus on precision and site efficiency.
• Collaborate across multiple trade disciplines to solve real-time field obstacles and maintain aggressive project timelines.
• Maintain a rigorous standard of site safety and organization by strictly adhering to all PPE and company protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive background in construction or skilled trades (5+ years of experience preferred).
• Proven proficiency in at least two major disciplines such as welding, pipefitting, carpentry, or mechanical maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical project documents.
• Physical capability to perform demanding manual labor in varying outdoor environments and weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Current welding certification (AWS or equivalent).
• Advanced experience operating heavy construction machinery or specialized industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a history of troubleshooting complex machinery issues on-site.
