About the role:

Join Visiting Angels and make a meaningful impact every day by helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes throughout Charleston and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities (Skilled Care Focus):

- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene) - Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation - Provide companionship and emotional support - Prepare meals and assist with nutrition - Perform light housekeeping and laundry - Provide medication reminders - Assist with errands and appointments - Observe and report changes in client condition - Deliver care with professionalism, patience, and respect

Qualifications:

- Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers - Comfortable providing hands-on personal care - Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care preferred - Strong communication skills and independence - Reliable transportation - CNA, PCA, HHA, and nursing students encouraged to apply - CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Service Area:

We proudly serve Charleston, North Charleston, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Hanahan, Awendaw, Ravenel, and surrounding South Carolina communities.

Pay:

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Additional Information:
