Skillbridge Operations and Training Specialist

We are looking for Skillbridge Candidates for our Operations and Training Specialist position and to join our team in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with travel coordination
• Develop training schedules for personnel
• Validate that requirements are compliant for personnel to provide support
• Ensure position suitability requirements are met
• Participate in issue resolution actions
• Provide recruiting support for program personnel
• Reconcile and code travel expenses
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent
• A college degree is preferred
• Must possess at least three (3) years’ of operations administration experience
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Ability to demonstrate professional communication via verbal, written, and email correspondence in English
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic random drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work at a desk using computers and other typical office equipment for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
