Skillbridge Operations and Training Specialist

We are looking for Skillbridge Candidates for our Operations and Training Specialist position and to join our team in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities
- Assist with travel coordination
- Develop training schedules for personnel
- Validate that requirements are compliant for personnel to provide support
- Ensure position suitability requirements are met
- Participate in issue resolution actions
- Provide recruiting support for program personnel
- Reconcile and code travel expenses
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent
- A college degree is preferred
- Must possess at least three (3) years’ of operations administration experience
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Ability to demonstrate professional communication via verbal, written, and email correspondence in English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic random drug screening
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work at a desk using computers and other typical office equipment for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
