Skillbridge Operations and Training Specialist

About the role

Patriot Group International Inc. (PGI) is seeking an Operations and Training Specialist for a Skillbridge opportunity in Herndon, VA. This position reports to the Program Manager and supports the project management team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Aid in travel coordination
• Develop and implement training schedules for personnel
• Validate compliance with personnel requirements for support
• Ensure position suitability requirements are met
• Participate in issue resolution actions
• Provide recruiting support for program personnel
• Reconcile and code travel expenses
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• At least 3 years of operations administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email)
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and periodic random drug screening
• U.S. Citizenship required

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work at a desk using computers and other typical office equipment for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
