Skillbridge Associate Technical Sourcer (for military members only)
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a college degree in a related field. Must have completed a minimum 2 years of coursework.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook and MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Aid with the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, offer tracking, and onboarding support. Help with hiring efforts for new contracts and proposals. Prepare updates and reports for recruiting and business unit meetings. Learn to use recruiting systems and tools, and help train new team members. Support compliance efforts related to OFCCP, EEO, and other federal regulations. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Help coordinate recruiting projects and events, such as job fairs and community outreach. Work with staffing agencies and managed service providers to support hiring needs.
Qualifications
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles, including positions requiring security clearances and specialized IT expertise. Engage passive candidates through multi-channel outreach, conduct initial qualification screenings, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with evolving workforce needs. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools, maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEO guidelines, and continuously improve sourcing processes to strengthen hiring outcomes and enhance the organization’s employer brand within the government contracting space.

Pay
Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
