Ski Technician - In-House Rental + Valet Attendant - Canyons Village, Park City

About the role

Ski Butlers is seeking In-House Ski Technician + Valet Attendants for its on-site operation within the Waldorf Astoria Park City. This role involves creating a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure, welcoming guests before and after their time on the mountain, assisting with putting on and removing ski boots, storing and retrieving equipment, providing ski and snowboard rentals, and working side by side with hotel team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a seamless, personalized experience that reflects the standards of Ski Butlers and the hotel while consistently meeting our Key Customer Requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.
• Set up the next shift and future team members for success.
• Handle snow removal tasks.
• Re-stock amenities.

• Professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, and warm, personalized service in every interaction.
• Expect weekend and holiday work.
• Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts.
• No previous experience required!
