Ski Patrol Supervisor - Winter 26.27 Seasonal - Full Time

Position Summary: Ski Patrol Supervisor needed for winter to oversee our amazing Ski Patrol team. This position will require valid CPR, Outdoor Emergency or CO certified-EMT, with 3 years previous patrol experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and coaching of both paid and volunteer patrollers
• Be the primary resource in the execution of all ski patrol functions
• Assist with training of ski patrol personnel as well as other involved departments
• Responsible for special team training involving conflict resolution
• Organize operating procedures at duty stations and schedule/organize agenda for team meetings
• Maintain a working relationship with Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation managers and other departments as well as public organizations
• Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
• Keep records and inventories up to date; review reports and records
