As an Administration Supervisor, you will provide supervision to office staff, assist customers, handle phone inquiries, manage filing and data entry, and support cashiers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise office staff
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle money and financial payments for services and goods
• Perform data entry using Microsoft 365 and SMS applications
• Assist guests with any needs or challenges
• Support cashier staffing as needed
• Help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Prior supervisor experience
• Previous experience using Microsoft 365 applications
• Prior training with SMS programs
• Prior office experience
• Good customer service, organization, and communication skills
• Enjoy working with the general public
• Ability to take direction well
• Good cash handling skills
• Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Basic computer knowledge
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
