Six Week Float Reserve Teacher - Groveland Elementary

Six Week Reserve Teacher position at Groveland Elementary for the 2025-2026 school year. This role is a highly flexible and adaptable educator who will provide instruction and support to students in various classrooms throughout the school building.

About the role

The Building Float Teacher will teach a range of subjects and grade levels, working collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student success.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of subjects and grade levels.
• Deliver instruction to students in accordance with established lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and teachers.
• Proficiency in using classroom technology to support instruction.

Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Teaching License or Short Call License. If you do not hold a Minnesota Teacher License but have a Bachelor's degree, you may apply for a Short Call Substitute teacher license through the Minnesota Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Six Week Float - Reserve Teacher Rate: $290.03 per day.
