Six Week Float - Reserve Teacher

About the Role

Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for Six Week Reserve Teachers for the 2026-27 school year. The successful candidate will be required to report to their assigned building, Monday through Friday, for a period of six weeks. The successful candidate will serve as a reserve teacher as needed or may be assigned to other duties at the discretion of the principal or other administrator. In some instances, the successful candidate may be directed to report to another district building on any given day; mileage reimbursement will be provided in these instances. These six week assignments may be renewed over the course of the school year.

Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Teacher License required; individuals who hold a short call sub license will be considered
• If you do not hold a Minnesota Teacher License but have a Bachelor's degree, you may apply for a Short Call Substitute teacher license through the Minnesota Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board: https://mn.gov/pelsb/

Pay

$290.03 per day. These are not benefits eligible positions; not medical or dental benefit eligible.
