Sitter - Emergency Services

About the Role

This is a per diem, night-shift position (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) within the Emergency Services department at Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL.

Responsibilities

• Maintains responsibility to sit with and observe the patient and their surrounding environment to promote safety and prevent possible injuries.
• Assists the Registered Nurse in non-nursing tasks within the scope of training and experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of hire and must be maintained.

Pay

The estimated starting compensation for this role is $18.28 per hour. The exact offer will consider factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
