SITEC - Systems Administrator (Mobility) - Camp H.M. Smith, HI
About the Role
Peraton requires Systems Administrators - Mobility to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3. This position is located at Camp Smith, HI. The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. These services include maintaining Network Operations (NetOps), systems and network infrastructure, end-user and common device support, configuration, change, license, and asset management, training, and Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.
The Mobile Device Support Specialist will support applications on mobile devices for a broad spectrum of mobile operating systems (e.g., Apple iOS, Android OS, BlackBerry or others as required). The specialist will plan, engineer, coordinate, and manage equipment installations on multiple impact levels and networks to connect highly mobile and capable SOF professionals to the information they need.
Responsibilities
- Provisions, manages, maintains, and tracks end-user mobile computing devices authorized and assigned to individual personnel for secure and non-secure communications.
- Configures and maintains mobile computing devices and associated auxiliary devices as directed by the Government and in accordance with applicable DoD Cybersecurity policies, procedures, regulations, and directives.
- Baselines and maintains end-user mobile computing device configurations, including STIGs, and maintains configuration control and policy management of devices.
- Assists the Government to draft mobile computing policies and procedures, implement and integrate new mobile computing services and technologies, and troubleshoot, repair, and provide logistical support for existing mobile devices.
- Interfaces directly with customers to provide training and to resolve issues related to services.
- Maintains mobile computing device utilization history, including a review of device and service usage, audits, and reconciliation of utilization.
- Coordinates and manages accountability of new equipment, replacement equipment, and upgrades, and tracks the disposition of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
- Directly oversees day-to-day operations supporting campus SIPR kits and phones.
Requirements
- BS + 2 years of experience OR HS with 6 years of experience OR AA with 4 years of experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of iPhone, Samsung, and BlackBerry devices to include iOS and Android OS and emergent technologies.
- Current TS/SCI Clearance.
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
Qualifications (Highly Desired)
- Must be DoD 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 451 - Systems Administrator - Intermediate level or higher by 1 Oct 2026.
Pay
Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
