Site Supervisor - Retail

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all security aspects including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through inspections
• Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for security personnel
• Productivity and cost reduction recommendations
• Physical security surveys and post orders
• Recommendations for disciplinary actions

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license for at least 1 year
• Successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer
• At least 18 years old, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Custom Protection Officer certification
• Associate's degree or higher
• Experience with custom protection
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
