The site supervisor oversees clinic and medical office team members to deliver high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of clinic and medical office team members
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients
• Serve as the leader for practices within a specific site
• Accountable to teams achieving goals around productivity, quality, patient/co-worker experience, safety, and innovation annually
• Perform patient care duties

Requirements

• 40 hours per week - First Shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Associate degree or greater
• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
• Medical Assistant Certificate or Certified Professional Coder

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective 1st of the month following hire date!
