Site Supervisor -Infant Preschool Program

Qualifications

• Classification of ECE 11or 111 from the Province of Manitoba (ELCC).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• (Received within the last 3 months) or willing to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (with vulnerable sector search) and Child Abuse Registry Check.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• A minimum of three years’ direct childcare experience as an ECE 11 or 111 in a childcare setting.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory/administrative role in a childcare setting.

The Ideal Candidate Is

• The ability to maintain a level of energy is necessary to carry a complex and demanding workload.
• Good comprehension of the English language with proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and have practical skills using Child Care Pro.
• Willing to learn and assist with new computer programs as necessary.
• Effective team building and problem-solving skills.
• Effective listening and responding to staff and family concerns.
• Experience with children ages 12 weeks- 6 years.
