About the Role

You will serve as the primary onsite leader, ensuring every project phase is executed with precision and professionalism. This role offers the chance to join a growing family company at the ground level, where your ability to command a schedule and build lasting relationships directly impacts our shared success.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate daily site activities to maintain strict adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Cultivate productive, professional relationships with subcontractors and municipal inspectors to ensure seamless project flow.
• Interpret architectural and structural plans with high accuracy to guide field execution and prevent costly errors.
• Execute hands-on completion of punch list items to guarantee a flawless final product for the client.
• Document project progress through detailed daily reports to maintain clear communication with the operations team.
• Resolve onsite logistical challenges and technical obstacles immediately to keep the field team moving forward.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in onsite construction supervision or field leadership.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate subcontractors while maintaining high quality standards.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project schedules and meeting critical deadlines.
• Technical aptitude to personally handle minor repairs and finish work as needed to close out projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a "ground-up" or commercial tenant improvement environment.
• Strong track record of successful interactions with local building inspectors and regulatory officials.
• Experience working within a small, fast-paced family business environment.

Pay

$75,000 - $110,000 per year (Salary + Commission).

Schedule

Monday - Friday.
