Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily construction activities on job sites.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, facility teams, and customers.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and site logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce project delays.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout activities.
  • Travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading field crews or serving as a foreman.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in active construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center construction.
  • Experience supporting automation or robotics installations.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or industrial construction experience is a plus.

  • Strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • High-quality workmanship with minimal punch list items.
  • Effective coordination between field operations and project management.

Pay

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $105,000/year. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity.
