Position Responsibilities
- Facilitating and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations
- Upholding high standards of quality and productivity
- Hands-on, multi-disciplinary position requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, solution-oriented team player overseeing subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration
- Proven ability to adapt to changes, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on schedule by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while balancing client needs
- Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, basic construction scheduling tools and weekly paperwork submissions to the office
- Able to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related materials
- Skilled in carpentry and layout
