The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a manufacturing facility in Cleveland, Ohio. They ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Train and mentor team members
• Resolve issues and provide guidance to employees
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
