Responsibilities
- Oversee carpentry team
- Perform hands-on carpentry work
- Mentor and train carpentry staff
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Carpentry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
- Experience supervising a carpentry team
- Proficiency in construction techniques and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly (based on experience)
