About the role
In collaboration with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of one home, and for providing residential supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or brain injury.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Provide individualized support plans and monitor progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other team members to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the home and its facilities.
- Document resident activities, behaviors, and progress in accordance with program policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, with at least one year in residential services required.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential care settings.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and related support services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing residential care.

Schedule
Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday through Thursday 10am-6pm (40 hrs)
