Manage and lead a cross-functional team responsible for the physical security of customer properties, including intrusion detection, CCTV monitoring, visitor processing, and administrative services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine oversight of shift personnel for applicable facilities/posts.
- Keep the Program Manager’s office informed of all potential problems or issues and provide workable solutions.
- Maintain clear communication and amicable liaison between Constellis and the client.
- Input employee timesheet information into the Deltek Costpoint system on a weekly basis.
- Create weekly schedules at least two months in advance, collaborating with personnel to accommodate vacations and leave requests.
- Be trained on all posts and able to perform duties of an Alarm Monitor Technician, Global Monitor Technician, and/or Visitor Center Technician.
- Provide relief services, staff posts, and handle callouts through coordination with appropriate personnel.
- Perform Quality Assurance & Quality Control inspections of each post by reviewing daily duty logs for accuracy and improvements.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) quarterly and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Counsel/discipline employees related to performance/conduct issues as necessary, and recommend suspension or termination for serious violations in accordance with Constellis Progressive Disciplinary Policy.
- Serve as Acting Program Manager when the Program Manager is on Personal Time Off (PTO).
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartment Information (TS-SCI) with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required before applying.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and multitask with minimal assistance.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
- Ability to interpret documents to ensure all rules and standard operating procedures are applied.
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Ability to solve problems to completion.
- Proficiency in an MS Windows-based operating environment, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay
$104,000 annually
