Site Supervisor
Amentum is seeking a Site Supervisor for an Applicant Support Center (ASC) in Tampa, FL.
About the role
The Site Supervisor oversees the overall operational aspects of an assigned ASC location, reporting directly to the Regional and/or Deputy Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including Biometrics Technician(s), Receptionist, and/or Tiger Team BTs.
- Manage day-to-day ASC operations: administration, property control, logistics, facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service, daily production, and staffing.
- Oversee and monitor Biometrics capture, IDP, and Biometrics processes through observation and/or participation.
- Manage staff scheduling to maximize ASC capacity.
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports, including:
- Weekly Production Report and Customer Service Reporting (Management Control System).
- Employee timesheets, training records, and evaluations.
- Quarterly inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
- Application Support Center Incident Reports (AIR).
- Other necessary or requested documents.
- Conduct training for new ASC personnel using the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other training tools.
- Provide leadership, guidance, motivation, and career development assistance to ASC employees.
- Ensure adherence to company and Program workplace policies.
- Use an Employee Contact Record for periodic counseling and coordinate with Regional Management and PMO HR to resolve personnel issues.
- Maintain close coordination with Regional Managers and Operations Coordinator.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the USCIS Manager and other USCIS personnel.
- Perform IDP duties if assigned, after receiving Final Suitability Clearance and completing training.
- Perform Biometrics Technician, Receptionist, and IDP functions as needed.
- Handle reception and administrative duties, acting as a substitute for the Receptionist when necessary.
- Maintain necessary supply levels and manage supply costs for efficient ASC operation.
- Maintain all required documents and records for ASC administration.
- Submit timely recruiting and employment documents as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization (US Citizenship required).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, or call center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, or a minimum of 1 year experience at an Applicant Support Center.
- Must be able to stand or walk 70% to 75% of each shift while performing repetitive motions.
- Must successfully complete all required training upon hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (may be required for mobile routes).
Pay
$21.17 per hour. The compensation range or hourly rate is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
