Supervisor Maintenance
Aim of the Role
Generate responses to resident inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow through; communicate to a higher authority if necessary. Implement production and quality control standards; follow-up on progress reports. Direct oversight of production activities, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance. Coordinate daily staffing to cover workload, manage physical and disposable resources, and teach team members proper use of equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; three to five years applicable experience; or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment.
- State issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.

- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of senior living industry practices and regulations.
