Job Summary

Cook up any changes to Inter-Con posture and distribute any info from leadership or the client. Work alongside supervisors to make sure security briefs are updated correctly. Handle unexpected requests from the Client. Collaborate with the Client on priority training exercises. Quality control on Supervisors. Make sure deployment requirements meet standards. Keep trackers, rosters, and metrics up-to-date. Audit daily operations. Manage personnel changes across sites. Take charge during weekly program syncs for respective areas. Update slides to ensure accuracy. Keep leadership informed about discrepancies or info from client management. Serve as the main liaison between Management and Supervisors for employee issues. Ensure all officers comply with Inter-Con and client policies/procedures. Facilitate the delivery of Inter-Con documentation, including: Qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for employment within the United States
  • Aged 18 or older per state licensing guidelines
  • Passes an extensive background check and drug screening (consideration for employment of qualified applicants with criminal histories)
  • Lives within driving distance or willing to relocate
  • Has a current BSIS guard card
  • Holds a high school degree or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to think on one's feet
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and ask questions when unsure
  • Supervisory and mentoring abilities, teamwork, and understanding of Inter-Con and client policies/procedures

What Is Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a security management role
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate security role
  • Experience in developing, organizing, and implementing training for assigned personnel
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Justice Studies, Emergency Mitigation, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Military, security, or law enforcement-related experience preferred
  • Professional SOP (Standard of Procedure) & Job Duties level of writing skills preferred
  • Certification in First Aid / CPR, Diversity / EO / SHARP / Sensitivity Training, Leadership & Management, or relevant course

What Is Desired

Desired but not required: Experience in developing, organizing, and implementing training for assigned personnel. Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Justice Studies, Emergency Mitigation, Business Administration, or related fields. Military, security, or law enforcement-related experience preferred.
