We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, legal, etc. Must preserve substantive info.
We need to identify sections: About the role? Not explicit but we can treat first paragraph as description. Could use "About the role" heading? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have content about responsibilities: supervising team, coordination, quality reports, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, leading day-to-day activities, liaising technical support, providing site inputs, supporting safety, overseeing daily operations, tracking progress, continuous improvement, interface with HSE, project managers, installation/commissioning managers, learn Saft ESS product line, assist documenting technical knowledge.
We have qualifications: required to have on-site hands-on field experience with Electrical, Mechanical and troubleshooting background. Minimum Associate's Degree with electrical or mechanical discipline. Minimum three years on-site electrical project supervision. Experience supervising multiple personnel during project execution of industrial projects in power generation/energy field/EPC works. Experience managing a technical team management. Battery knowledge a plus. Fluent in English and fluency in Spanish a plus.
We have benefits: robust total rewards package: generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs. Some superior benefits: parental leave, 401K match at 7%, educational assistance (tuition reimbursement), Short-term Disability, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid employee referral award.
Pay: "USD $0.00 - USD $0.00 /Yr." That's placeholder; we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific (0-0). According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The pay is stated but it's placeholder zero; likely considered not specific. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here pay is stated as $0.00 - $0.00 which is essentially placeholder; I'd treat as not specific, so omit Pay section.
Schedule: not mentioned, omit.
We have "About the role" maybe we can include a brief description paragraph before responsibilities. Could combine responsibilities and about role? But we need to follow instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content.

We have "About the role" maybe we can include a brief description paragraph before responsibilities. Could combine responsibilities and about role? But we need to follow instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can decide to have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits. We must not create sections with filler.
We have content for About the role: The first sentence: "The Site Supervisor directly supervises the on site team and commissioning team. The Site Supervisor takes direction from the Site Manager and performs onsite supervision and coordination with subcontractors, provides site inputs for quality reports, support to commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of battery energy storage systems." That's a description.
Responsibilities: we can list bullet points from later sentences: Directly leads day to day activities of commissioning engineers, system engineers, HVAC controls engineers and Quality Managers. Liaise any technical support questions between customer, stakeholders and Saft, if needed. Onsite supervision and coordination with subcontractors, provides site inputs or supports completion of Saft quality reports/documentation/checklists. Support all Safety for projects initiatives with support of Site Manager and Leadership. Oversee daily operations, track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged standards. Participate in continuous improvement of project execution and the quality system. Interface with HSE, project managers, and installation and commissioning managers. Learn and understand Saft ESS product line. Assist in documenting technical knowledge and lessons learned.
Requirements/Qualifications: Required to have on site hands on field experience with an Electrical, Mechanical and troubleshooting background. Minimum Associate's Degree with an electrical or mechanical discipline. Minimum of three years on site electrical project supervision. Experience supervising multiple personnel during project execution of industrial projects in the power generation / energy field / EPC works. Experience managing a technical team. Battery knowledge a plus. Fluent in English and fluency in Spanish a plus.
Skills: maybe combine language skills, battery knowledge, etc. Could treat as Skills section: Fluency in English and Spanish, Battery knowledge, Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, Team management, etc. But we already have qualifications; we could have Requirements and Skills separate. However we must not create thin sections. Might combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section that includes both mandatory and preferred. The instruction allows us to choose headings; we can have "Requirements" and "Skills". But we need to ensure we have substantive content for each.
We have "Benefits": robust total rewards package etc. That's substantive.
Thus we can output:
