Site Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Clients, Project Managers and Subcontractors and coordinate materials and equipment delivery
- Maintain daily logs for the job site operations, reporting to management as necessary
- Make changes in operations as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
