Responsibilities
- Provide security programming and design expertise relevant to SCIF operations and the organizational requirements to enable mission.
- Apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements to ensure ICD 705 compliance of construction designs and identify construction products, samples and submittals by type, format and quantity required to complete the fixed facility checklist and the DIA accreditation process.
- Develop, submit, and oversee necessary security documents such as: construction security plan, pre-construction checklist, inspectable materials checklist, and TEMPEST requirements.
- Develop and manage the construction surveillance program and oversee site security surveillance on active construction sites.
- Oversee site security technicians.
- Execute the SCIF testing and accreditation process from design through construction and achieve fully accredited/operational status (ICS 750-02).
- Assist with security planning and resourcing requirements across S4S services portfolio.
Qualifications
- Must have a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 15+ years of Physical Security/TEMPEST experience.
- ICD 705 training.
- SSM training.
- MILCON project management experience.
- TEMPEST training.
- CSP author/implementation experience.
- TSCM coordination/implementation experience.
- IDS/ACS/WIDS design/installation/operations experience.
- SCIF/SAPF accreditation process experience.
- Security training development/delivery experience.
- CDSE SPeD certifications (SFPC/PSC/SAPPC).
- Anti-terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) experience.
Pay
This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors. Global Comp $135,000- $175,000.
