Site Security Lead

About the role

The Site Security Lead oversees end-to-end security operations for assigned accounts, delivering high-quality customer service and proactive problem resolution. This role involves strengthening partnerships through service improvement and business expansion, optimizing staffing, scheduling, and team performance, and leading training initiatives to ensure operational excellence across all security functions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service
• Capability of managing guard service functions and conflict resolutions
• Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels

Qualifications

• Prior security management experience required
• Advanced understanding of physical security operations
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of security management/law enforcement experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the company

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of physical security operations
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to train and mentor team members
