About the role

The Site Security Lead oversees end-to-end security operations for assigned accounts, delivering high-quality customer service and proactive problem resolution. They strengthen partnerships through service improvement and business expansion, optimize staffing, scheduling, and team performance, and lead training initiatives ensuring operational excellence across all security functions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service
• Capable of managing guard service functions and conflict resolutions
• Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels

Qualifications

• Prior security management experience required
• Advanced understanding of physical security operations
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of security management/law enforcement experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the company
