About the role

In Manufacturing & Supply, you'll help reimagine how life-changing treatments reach people everywhere, faster. The Site Scheduler serves as a key liaison between the FFIP focus factory (Formulation, Filling, Inspection and Packaging), Global Supply Chain Site Planners, and Supply Chain Flow Controllers.
Responsibilities
- Production scheduling activities: updating rolling 4-week manufacturing schedule, converting planned orders to process orders, checking components and raw material stock, adjusting planned order dates, leveling resource capacity, tracking progress of orders, and suggesting solutions for production delays, overload or other short-term issues.
- Responsible for prioritization of manufacturing schedules to meet the promised delivery dates. This includes all execution activities related to delivery from schedule to release of the product.
- Analyze gaps between planning and execution for S&OP input.
- Communicates lot status update and any delays to internal processing or release timing.
- Tracks manufacturing activity and schedule adherence. Reports metrics on +QDCI boards.
- Maintains inventory levels, expiry dates, yields, and operational cycle times to ensure adequate supply and minimal write-off.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain and FFIP processes to achieve measurable results including: reduced lead times, improved inventory accuracy, lower operational costs, increased on-time delivery performance, and streamlined cross-functional workflows.
- Liaison between Swiftwater and other Sanofi manufacturing sites for cross-site manufacturing to ensure supply is in line with commercial operations forecast requirements.
- Meetings: Lead weekly FFIP Scheduling meeting. Participate in daily FACT meeting. Contribute to Level 1/2 +QDCI meeting. Flu, Mainline and Meninge weekly product line review meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Life Sciences, Business Administration or any field.
- 3 + years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP planning concepts and planning tools. SAP and/or Kinaxis preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business systems, scheduling, and data analysis.
- Ability to work within a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Basic qualifications: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Life Sciences, Business Administration or any field.
