Responsibilities
- Exemplify the BEC Culture.
- Provide a new Team-Member’s first impression of BEC during orientation training.
- Conduct both onboarding and developmental training.
- Conduct Safety observations and coach personnel on safe work.
- Manage project risk to an acceptable level by ensuring project compliance to BEC’s HSE Management System along with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Manage HSE issues, concerns, and incidents with care, discernment, and haste.
- Report project Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental status to Senior Leaders and Customers both verbally and in writing.
- Be a student of the work. Self-study to understand the work and manage the associated risk.
- Exhibit the BEC Culture in performing incident investigations, cause analysis, reporting, and implementing corrective/recurrence control actions.
Qualifications
- Must be able to climb wind turbines
- Must be available to travel 75%
- 5+ years of Safety Management Experience
