About the role

The Site Safety/Lean Technician is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and implementing lean principles to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and promote lean practices to enhance process efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with lean tools and methodologies.
