Essential Functions
- Lead daily safety meetings and conduct routine safety/health inspections and report back weekly to the office
- Conduct refresher training as needed; including but not limited to tools, lifts, confined space, etc.
- Perform safety and occupational health management program, safety surveillance, safety inspections, and safety enforcement
- Cook up any corrective actions with EnviroVantage Site Superintendent
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of continuous construction industry safety experience in supervising/managing general construction
- Knowledge and experience working with asbestos, excavation, and demolition required
- Managing safety program or processes conducting hazard analysis and developing controls
- OSHA 30 and HAZWOPER 40 required
- Previous experience working as a safety representative on a construction site
- Strong working knowledge and experience with OSHA:1926.1101;1926.62 and others
- Strong working knowledge of EM385-1-1
- CPR and First Aid certifications
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds
- Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States
- A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy
Total Rewards
- Compensation Range: $80,000 - $115,000/year
- Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire

- Paid Time Off & Holidays: 80 hours per year, 56 hours per year for sick time, and 8 company-paid holidays per year
