Responsibilities
You will lead ESHA strategy, compliance, and performance across dynamic onshore and offshore operations.
You will drive the implementation of Clariant's Care Chemicals BU ESHA targets.
You will champion risk management programs.
You will serve as the go-to expert for regulatory compliance, from air, water, and waste permitting to offshore requirements.
You will partner closely with site teams, ESHA leaders, and local regulators, turning compliance into a competitive advantage.
You will ensure Clariant's workforce, including offshore Oil Services employees, operates safely, responsibly, and with confidence.
