Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure environments in both Windows and Linux
- Build production-grade Azure environments from the ground up across Development, QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery platforms
- Deploy, configure, secure, and support Azure Databricks workspaces and supporting platform services
- Administer Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Storage, Networking, Monitoring, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions
- Design and implement highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, platform, networking, security, and performance issues
- Implement cloud security controls, governance standards, and operational best practices
- Support cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, documentation, and technical runbooks
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bicep, or similar technologies
- Create reusable deployment templates and automated build processes
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure deployments, platform upgrades, and configuration management
- Automate provisioning, patching, monitoring, compliance validation, disaster recovery testing, and operational activities
- Develop PowerShell and Python automation to reduce manual effort and improve platform consistency
- Maintain source-controlled deployment artifacts and infrastructure code using Git-based workflows
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Application, and Architecture teams to deliver automated platform solutions
Qualification Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree required
- 7+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering experience required
- Experience building enterprise Azure environments from scratch
- Experience working within DevOps organizations using infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices
