About the role

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and performant systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to ensure high availability and uptime
  • Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and efficiency
  • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in SRE or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Experience with observability tools and techniques
  • Understanding of network protocols and security best practices
