Site Reliability Engineer II

KEY REQUIREMENT

This role requires US citizenship and residence on US soil. It sits within a FedRAMP Moderate-authorised environment, so FedRAMP suitability and US-soil-only eligibility are non-negotiable.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Real-time monitoring and first-response triage across AWS (Commercial/GovCloud) and EKS infrastructure
• Log-level root cause investigation using Kibana and Elasticsearch
• Deployment execution and troubleshooting through GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years in SRE, DevOps, systems administration, or cloud support
• Solid Linux administration (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu) and comfort with bash/Python scripting
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, AWS core services, and L4/L7 load balancing troubleshooting
• Prometheus, Grafana, and ChatOps-via-Slack experience
• US citizenship and US-soil residency, with genuine availability for overnight/weekend rotational shifts
