Site Program Manager - CSAG

About the role

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Program Manager at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This is a leadership position that will supervise one or more engineers or project managers in the Consolidated Sustainment Activity Group (CSAG) section of the 72nd Civil Engineer Directorate. This is a key position in the Civil Engineering Services Engineering Management contract and will report directly to the on-site program manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all related activities required in the performance of all CSAG contract requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all CSAG Engineering and Construction Management deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate the timely accomplishment of Services Summary Performance Objectives and Quality Performance Indicators (QPI).
• Oversee and coordinate the CSAG Engineering design schedule.
• Supervise and manage Construction Management.
• Supervise and manage the Engineers, Architects, technical specialists, administrative staff, and construction inspectors.
• Interact daily with various government representatives such as Functional Area Staff members and contracting officers to determine work priorities, schedules and quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Apply a practical knowledge of engineering methods, techniques, architecture, and historical project data to ensure project requirements are complete.

Requirements

• Must be a degreed engineer, architect, Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional, or Construction Management Association of America Certified Construction Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of DoD civil engineering/public works experience.
• Be willing to submit to and pass a background check.
• Knowledge of project design and construction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule).
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$155,251.51 – $193,495.02

This position requires onsite presence at Tinker AFB.
