Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Director

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and support growth
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality teams
• Ensure reliability and compliance in manufacturing operations through robust systems
• Champion innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Extensive manufacturing engineering experience (ideally minimum 8–10 years), including proven leadership responsibilities
• Experience working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
• Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and industrial automation
• Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards, and operational excellence
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire high-performing teams
