Responsibilities
- Design and implement a cohesive global framework for process standardization across international manufacturing sites
- Execute global Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and manage a high-ROI lean project pipeline
- Cultivate a Kaizen culture through Lean Six Sigma methodologies while promoting continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and partner with data science teams for predictive maintenance and yield optimization
- Enforce safety protocols and develop component traceability frameworks to satisfy audit requirements
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of senior leadership experience in High-Variation/High-Mix manufacturing environments, preferably Tier 1 Contract Electronics Manufacturing
- Expert-level knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong focus on automation
- Experience with Collaborative Robots (Cobots) and machine learning sensors to enhance manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated success in managing remote teams across global locations (EMEA, AMER, APAC)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA or advanced Operations Management degree is a plus
